Scope of Service Experience

Logan joined the Investment Services Group (led by Lane Neville & Barbara Lloyd) in early 2018 after working in NAI Horizon's research department for 6 months. The ISG team specializing in the sales and valuation of office and retail properties throughout the Phoenix MSA. Over the past year and a half, Logan has established relationships with local and institutional clients that are active in the western markets. The ISG team's clients benefit from detailed valuations, thorough market knowledge, and a relationship-centric approach to investment sales. Logan's main responsibilities include financial analysis, market research, and providing to clients for both single and multi-tenant properties, Currently, Logan has been involved in transactions that total more than $26 million in value.

Background & Experience

Originally from Spokane, WA Logan is a transplant to the Phoenix area. After completing internships with NAI Black in Spokane, WA and NAI Horizon in Tucson, AZ, he decided to pursue a career in commercial real estate brokerage. Logan joined NAI Horizon in mid-summer of 2017 as a research and GIS analyst. As of 2018 he is working with NAI Horizon's Investment Services Group.

Education

Logan earned his Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Development from the University of Arizona in 2017. He also earned a minor in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). After graduation in May of 2017, Logan received his real estate salesperson license from the Tucson School of Real Estate.
