Josh Landers is a Vice President With over 10 years of real estate experience, Josh has focused his practice on the consultative and advisory arena and not solely on transactional brokerage.
This advisory aspect of his practice has provided him with the tools and skill sets that have resulted in a highly respected business line with institutional, corporate and high net worth private clients. Josh places a strong emphasis on making real estate decisions based upon his client’s long term business strategies and not entirely on short term transactional outcomes.
In college Josh began selling residential real estate to help pay his way through school. As graduation neared Josh was offered an opportunity to train in commercial real estate and expand his business practice.
