Scope of Service Experience

Ms. Appelbe is a Senior Appraiser/Consultant of NAI Horizon Valuation Services Group, LLC, a commercial real estate appraisal firm affiliated with NAI Horizon; an Arizona based, full service commercial real estate firm. NAI Horizon is a member of the NAI Global network of 325 offices in over 55 countries worldwide. She has specialized in valuation and consultation regarding complex real estate issues for clients that are both local and national in scope. She is experienced in diverse engagements regarding both single asset commercial properties and major, multi-state portfolios.

| Ms. Appelbe has been actively engaged in the commercial real estate industry since 1984. Her professional appraisal experience has been in the fee preparation of real estate appraisals, feasibility studies, rent analyses and market studies of commercial properties. Primary experience encompasses a wide range of property types including subdivision land, multi-family housing, low-income housing, garden, medical and high-rise office buildings, all types of industrial/manufacturing facilities, all types of retail centers, and numerous limited and special purpose properties. Geographic area of assignments is primarily Arizona, with experience on numerous national assignments throughout the United States. |

History
In September 2011 Ms. Appelbe joined NAI Horizon Valuation Services Group, LLC, as a Senior Appraiser. Previously, Ms. Appelbe was a Senior Appraiser with Lefevers Viewpoint Group Inc. in Phoenix and a principal in her own firm, Southwest Certified Valuation, LLC. Additionally, she was employed as a Senior Appraiser by the Valuation and Advisory Services Group of CB Richard Ellis (2006-2009) and as a staff appraiser with Phoenix office of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. (2002-2006).
Ms. Appelbe’s career in the commercial real estate industry began in 1984 as a property manager in the industrial division of Lincoln Property Company in Foster City, California, and Del E. Webb Corporation and Vestar Development Company in Phoenix, Arizona. In 1990, Ms. Appelbe moved into commercial real estate lending as an asset manager for Chase Manhattan Corporation in Scottsdale, Arizona and a loan representative for GE Capital Commercial Real Estate Finance and Services in both the Stamford, Connecticut and Phoenix, Arizona offices. In 2000, Ms. Appelbe joined the Phoenix office of Cushman & Wakefield as the senior financial analyst of Brokerage Services until 2002 when she joined the Valuation Services Group as a staff appraiser. |
