Scope of Service Experience
In her role as CEO, Terry is responsible for the overall strategy of NAI Horizon. She provides leadership, direction, and promotes the vision, culture, and professionalism of NAI Horizon both internally and externally. She serves as the Designated Broker for the firm, managing the agents and their daily transactional activity including the review of all real estate contracts and documentation. Terry collaborates with NAI’s agents and employees on an ongoing basis developing plans for achieving their short and long-term professional goals. She is responsible for leading the development, growth and ongoing operation of NAI Horizon’s Property Management Division. Terry possesses a passion for developing and nurturing relationships. She fulfills that passion by creating a service platform that allows the NAI Horizon real estate professionals to deliver the highest level of service and results to their clients.
Background & Experience
Terry has been employed by NAI Horizon and its affiliated companies since 1985. She was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in January 2015. Prior to becoming CEO, Terry held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Designated Broker for nine years. Terry possesses more than 35 years of accounting and operational experience including a career of more than 30 years in commercial real estate. Terry’s extensive experience includes asset management, brokerage, property management, receivership, development and finance for all commercial product types.
Terry earned a Business Administration degree from the University of Montana with a major in accounting and minor in psychology.
Professional Associations & Designations
Terry is very visible in the Valley’s commercial real estate community and participates in numerous industry groups. She serves on the Board of AZCREW and is an active member of Valley Partnership, NAIOP Arizona, ICSC, and the Urban Land Institute. Terry is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Arizona. Her philanthropic and community involvement includes contributing time and energy to support many non-profit organizations including Save the Family, Paz de Cristo, the Child Crisis Center and St. Mary’s Food bank. She has been involved with Valley Partnership’s Annual Community Project for over 20 years Co-Chairing the 2011 Community Project benefiting Maggie’s Place and was a founding member of Brokers for Kids Event sponsored by the Scottsdale 20/30 Club.
