Scope of Experience

Brandon Hall is an agent with the Investment Service Group, focusing on investment sales and leasing assets for owners to realize the full potential of their investment. He works alongside Lane Neville, the group's Executive Vice President. Hall is responsible for conducting market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities, evaluating potential investments based on financial performance, and building and managing client relationships by understanding their objectives. Core responsibilities also include managing the sales process from listing to closing, developing marketing materials and leveraging online platforms, and staying updated on industry trends.

Background & Experience

Hall previously interned with a private commercial real estate investment company, DPC Companies, and the national homebuilder, Lennar. His experience at DPC extends from underwriting commercial investment opportunities, market research of the Phoenix area, helping C-suite with reporting for loan due dates and covenants, assisting in the timeline progression of new mixed-use and industrial developments, and working with property managers. With Lennar, Hall helped manage schedules for the completion of home developments, wrote purchase orders to trades, used Salesforce to ensure customer's expectations were met, and learn the residential development process from acquisition to development. Hall also interned with NAI Horizon in the spring of 2023 before starting as an agent.

Education

Hall was a part of the REIT Portfolio Practicum course at ASU where Hall analyzed NNN REITs to balance the class's live portfolio and decided on purchasing decisions based on financial analysis to find undervalued REIT stocks to help overall returns of the portfolio. The class had $650K AUM at the time.
