Scope of Experience

Mike’s business practice focuses on the representation of property owners of Office & Medical Office properties in the Greater Phoenix Metro market. As a real estate advisor, Mike guides his clients through the complicated process of clarifying their real estate needs, identifying alternatives and negotiating a lease, sale or purchase that fits the client’s overall business strategy. On the landlord or owner side, Mike’s deep tenant relationships, and his understanding of tenant needs, allows Mike to both attract tenants to an owner’s property, and get a completed lease transaction that makes economic sense for all parties. His strong investment background is invaluable in understanding how to structure complicated lease and sale transactions and provide investors with sophisticated investment advice.

Background & Experience

Throughout his brokerage career, Mike has been involved in and completed more than 500 million square feet of agency transactions and over $1 billion in sale lease back and investment sales transactions. Specializing in medical practices acquisition & disposition strategies, medical office buildings and practice partnerships. In 2010 Mike personally syndicated & developed the only Medical Office Property in the Valley adjacent to Mercy Medical center in Gilbert, AZ during the height of the Financial Crisis.


Mike is a graduate of Northern Arizona University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Professional Associations & Designations

Mike has earned the coveted CCIM designation. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor and user. Only six percent (6%) of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry. He has received numerous awards from civic, publishing and real estate organizations for major transactions and civic involvement. Mike is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP) and a member of the CCIM Institute.
