Leah Motsinger is a Senior Associate at NAI Horizon. She specializes in retail leasing and sales and works with NAI Horizon Managing Director | Retail Matt Harper, CCIM. Leah has a multifaceted skill set and depth of knowledge working with both landlords and tenants. She provides both landlord and tenant representation and is also responsible for transaction management and development of new business relationships.
Background & Experience
Leah possesses almost 30 years of experience in managing and leasing all types of commercial properties with extensive experience in retail, industrial, and office buildings. She has served as a commercial property manager with several prominent firms in the Valley and also served as a commercial portfolio director. Motsinger has extensive experience in lease administration, lease negotiations, property operations, financial oversight, due diligence for property acquisitions and dispositions, and client relations. During her career she has worked with both institutional and private clients and has successfully completed thousands of lease renewal transactions on behalf of her landlord clients. Her notable completed lease transactions include Starbucks, Pei Wei, Rubio’s, O’Reilly Auto Parts, UPS Store, Thomas Reprographics, Fox Restaurant Concepts, Pita Jungle, and many more.
