Before his work in commercial real estate, Bean served as a Senior Business Analyst and Program Manager within the information technology consulting industry. He supported various public and private sector clients, including the Owned Real Estate Divisions of the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Bean draws on his combined background, knowledge, and vital skill sets to support his clients in meeting their commercial real estate needs, regardless of diversity or complexity.

Bean is a 1982 graduate of the University of Michigan Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of General Studies degree with a focus on Economics.
